2018 Domaine Boeckel 'Midelberg' Riesling, Alsace
A razor sharp, tantalizingly precise Riesling from Alsatian limestone soils. Handpicked certified organic grapes are vinified with the greatest of care and grace. The wine is aged in 100 year-old barrels before bottling.
True to the Alsatian style, this Riesling is dry to the bone, and terrifically well suited to fresh shellfish, seafood, white meat and any dish involving something pickled.
