NV Monmousseau Cuvee JM Rosé
The Loire Valley offers perfect conditions for sparkling wine and Monmousseau is a family company specialising in “Methode Traditonelle” wines from Touraine. This Rose Cuvee, consists of Cabernet Franc (70%) and Gamay (30%). Beautiful salmon pink with a very fine persistent bead, features crisp, clean, dry flavours reminiscent of cherries and raspberries, the 15 months spent on lees gives a complexity not often seen at this price point. Enjoy it chilled as an aperitif, or with shellfish, bouillabaisse, pork, or smoked salmon.
