
2021 Ricca Terra Skin Contact ‘Field Blend’, Australia
Zibibbo, Grenache Blanc & Vermentino – all from vineyards that were hand pruned and managed sustainably. Fermented using the natural yeasts from the vineyards. No animal products used to fine, 100% vegan. After spending 30 days on skins the wine was racked and bottled. No acid additions were made, just a small amount of sulfur to keep the wine safe from spoilage.
